N2-Generating with the membrane separation technologies
The nitrogen generators of the NGM series produce nitrogen continuosly up to a max. purity of 99,5%. A high-efficiency prefiltration system pretreats the compressed air to remove particles. The following membrane module separates the air into nitrogen and oxygen. The benefit of the membrane method is that there are no mobile parts and therefore it is nearly wear-free. The operating of the generator is very easy and maintenance-free. All systems work without any electrical requirements and therefore they are prefered for use in hazardeous areas. All models of the NGM series are available with a external low noise and oil-less air compressor for permanent use (< 55 dbA).
